Galette Des Rois (Feeds 6-8 People)

Our Galette des Rois is the traditional King Cake enjoyed for l’Épiphanie.

Made with flaky puff pastry and a rich almond frangipane.

Inside, you’ll find the fève — and whoever finds it becomes royalty for the day and gets to wear the crown!

You can enjoy it slightly warmed (10 minutes at 350°F) or at room temperature.
