Kouglof

Kouglof (or Kugelhopf) is a traditional Alsatian brioche-style cake made with a rich yeast dough, studded with rum-soaked raisins and sometimes almonds. Baked in its signature fluted mold, it has a beautiful ridged shape and a golden, tender crumb.
